Generative AI Consortium PARTNERS

A network for digital and social change
We are a partnership of NGOs, educational institutions, and youth organisations from across Europe and the Mediterranean. We believe that young people are at the heart of digital and social transformation, and we aim to equip them with the tools to navigate it in a critical, creative, and inclusive way.
The project is co-funded by the European Union and coordinated by Caleidoscopio (Italy), with partners from Tunisia, Jordan, Belgium, Morocco, and France.

Caleidoscopio
Project coordinator
Founded in 2002 by youth workers, teachers, and intercultural trainers, Caleidoscopio is one of the first organizations in Paola (CS) to promote intercultural dialogue, diversity, and social inclusion. 

With over 20 years of experience, the association has developed a strong network across Europe and the Mediterranean, combining local action with international cooperation. Caleidoscopio works through non-formal and intercultural education, addressing key social challenges such as migration, climate change, human rights, and anti-discrimination. Its activities include youth mobilities, international trainings, seminars, and local projects with disadvantaged communities.

Through its participatory and inclusive approach, Caleidoscopio empowers young people to become active citizens and creators of change. As coordinator of the Generative AI project, Caleidoscopio leads overall project management, ensures compliance with the Grant Agreement, and coordinates monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, and policy dialogue with national and European stakeholders.

Euromed TS
Responsible for research, methodology and capacity-building frameworks
Is a cultural non-governmental organization based in Tunisia that promotes youth empowerment, intercultural dialogue, and democratic values. Its mission is to foster open-mindedness, tolerance, and civic engagement by connecting Tunisian youth with their Euro-Mediterranean peers.

The organization organizes youth exchanges, training courses, volunteering projects (ESC) and cultural events at national and international level. It supports creative learning paths for young people and youth workers, focusing on talent development, positive intelligence, creativity, and entrepreneurship.

EURO-MED EVE believes in lifelong learning, experiential education, and active participation as keys to building inclusive and inspired communities.
AVEC
Responsible for Social Hackathon methodology and design
Youth-focused NGO committed to promoting cultural exchange, inclusion, and community empowerment. Its mission is to inspire young people to become active and engaged global citizens, equipped with the skills and confidence to make a positive impact in their communities.

Since its founding, AVEC France has grown from a grassroots initiative into a dynamic organization, successfully implementing Erasmus+ mobilities, launching impactful local actions, and building strong international partnerships across Europe and beyond.

Guided by the values of inclusivity, empowerment, and collaboration, AVEC France creates opportunities for personal growth, intercultural dialogue, and youth leadership — believing that cultural understanding is key to building a more just and harmonious world.
Euromed
Responsible for digital tools development, testing and implementation
Non-governmental organization active in the field of youth mobility, intercultural learning, and non-formal education. It works with young people, youth workers, educators, and volunteers at European and international levels to promote diversity, active citizenship, and social inclusion.

The organization supports youth exchanges, cultural events, vocational training, and intercultural programmes, focusing on empowerment, participation, and the development of personal and professional skills. Euro-Med EVE Belgium values creativity, self-expression, and intercultural dialogue as key tools to overcome stereotypes and foster democratic values.

Its mission is to provide accessible educational opportunities for all young people — especially those with fewer opportunities — through participatory and inclusive approaches.
Jordan
Responsible for Social Hackathon implementation and youth engagement
Youth-led organization based in Jordan that empowers young people to become active agents of change through local and international development projects. Its mission is to increase youth participation in the development process by building their skills, fostering inclusion, and creating meaningful opportunities.

JYIF focuses on capacity building, employability, civic engagement, and intercultural dialogue, working closely with local youth organizations and international partners. The organization promotes diversity, innovation, and empowerment, encouraging youth to lead initiatives that drive sustainable development and social impact.

Its vision is of collaborative communities shaped by empowered and engaged youth.
EVE
Responsible for dissemination, communication and sustainability

This non-profit organization promotes cultural exchange, education, and democratic values among youth at national and Euro-Mediterranean level.

Its mission is to strengthen intercultural understanding, tolerance, and active participation, especially among young people with fewer opportunities.
