Six Countries, One Shared Challenge: ITBS Celebrates Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation
IT Business School (ITBS), a Tunisian higher education institution, highlighted its collaboration with EuroMed EVE Tunisia and the participation of its students in the International Social Hackathon Together for the Future, held in Paola, Italy, on 18–19 June 2026. Bringing together six countries across Europe and the Mediterranean, the competition concluded with Tunisia taking first place, followed by Morocco and Italy.
Through its official social media communication, ITBS emphasised the value of international cooperation beyond the competition itself, recognising how young people, mentors, experts and professionals joined forces to explore the potential of generative AI in combating online hate speech and misinformation. The initiative showcased the ability of cross-Mediterranean partnerships to connect education, technological innovation and youth-led solutions for a more inclusive digital future.
