How can young people engage with artificial intelligence in meaningful and transformative ways?
This question guided the Info Day on “Generative AI – Youth Sector Challenges and Impact”, held in Nabeul, Tunisia, as part of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building project of the same name. The event was organised by Euro-Med EVE Tunisia to introduce the project and its learning and mobility opportunities to a local audience.

The Info Day welcomed students and young people interested in international experiences, offering a clear and accessible overview of the project’s vision, objectives and planned activities. The discussion focused on how generative AI is reshaping youth work, as well as on the concrete opportunities the project offers in terms of participation, capacity building and transnational exchange.

Rather than a one-way presentation, the Info Day became a space for dialogue. Questions, curiosity and interest from participants opened conversations about the role of AI in young people’s lives and the importance of equipping youth with critical tools to understand its impact.

The strong involvement and availability of the Euro-Med EVE Tunisia team created an open and welcoming atmosphere, turning the event into an effective dissemination moment and helping raise awareness of the project at local level. By connecting global challenges with local perspectives, the Info Day marked another step in bringing the project closer to the communities it aims to engage.
